It’s not decoration, it’s a call, an expression of love and grief directed at Imam Hussain (AS) that has echoed through Shia communities for centuries. Loosely translated as “Oh Hussain,” it’s uttered in moments of sorrow, solidarity, and remembrance, especially during Muharram and Arbaeen.
