Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All products are made to order by my production partner, Printful.
Production time is typically 2–5 business days from the date of your order.

Shipping Times

After fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:
EU: 3–7 business days
UK: 5–10 business days
USA: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 5–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Under EU law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does NOT apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized (Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Because all products sold in this shop are produced on demand after you place your order, the 14‑day withdrawal right does not apply.

Therefore:

• No returns or exchanges can be accepted for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
• Please check size charts and product details carefully before ordering.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund.

To request a replacement, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once the issue is verified, Printful will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.


3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is lost in transit or never arrives:
• Please contact me after the estimated delivery window has passed.
• I will investigate the tracking and request a replacement if confirmed lost.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


4. Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect:
• Printful may charge a reshipment fee once the package is returned to them.
• In cases where carriers do not return the package, a new order may be required.
